A client engagement, including its scope, fees, and any performance guarantee, is only established through a written agreement signed by both parties.
Results described on this website, including case studies and testimonials, describe past work for specific clients. They are reported honestly, but they are not a promise of identical results for your business.
Programs and fees
Our programs, monthly fees, setup fees and any ad spend related fees are published on the pricing page and confirmed in the written agreement. Ad spend itself is always paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms and is never part of our fee.
Prices on the website are exclusive of VAT where applicable and may change; the agreement you sign fixes the prices that apply to you.
The performance guarantee
Our guarantee is: at least 20% better results than your last agency, marketer or specialist within 90 days, or we work for free. The guarantee applies once, to the first 90 days of an engagement, measured against a baseline that is fixed before we start. It is not a promise to outperform a previous provider indefinitely.
The metric: one primary acquisition metric (such as blended CAC, ROAS or NCROAS, CPI, or CPL) is chosen during the Growth Audit and approved in writing, together with the baseline.
The baseline: normally your previous 90 days. For seasonal products or services, or when the previous 90 days are not representative, the baseline is the same period of the previous year; where that data does not exist, your trailing 12-month average. If no usable historical data exists at all, we agree a written target together in the Growth Audit. Without an agreed baseline or target, the guarantee cannot apply.
If we miss it: when the baseline is not beaten by at least 20% within the first 90 days, we keep working and our management fee drops to zero until the target is reached, for a maximum of 90 further days. The free period ends as soon as the target is reached. Free means our management fee: ad spend is always paid by you directly to the advertising platforms, and one-time setup fees are not refunded.
Conditions: the guarantee applies under the conditions published on the pricing page, including a minimum ad spend of 5,000 euro per month, ad budget staying at the agreed level, full control over campaigns and creatives, tracking staying intact, no external changes to accounts without approval, and the offer, pricing and stock staying stable. Days lost to circumstances outside our control, such as ad account restrictions, platform outages, broken tracking on your side, or delayed approvals or deliverables from your team, pause the 90-day clock rather than counting against it.
The exact metric, baseline and conditions for your engagement are fixed in the written agreement, which prevails over this summary and over the website.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Stupid Capital OÜ or are used with permission of the clients shown. Client names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reuse content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.
Liability
We maintain this website with care, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, complete, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Stupid Capital OÜ is not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes about the use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
